Bobby Rush

Why do I like Eminence Speakers? For more money, you still couldnt get this accuracy or richness of sound! Bobby Rush has been a mainstay of the Southern Blues Circuit for over 40 years and has had chart hitting songs in Cashbox, Billboard, and Jet Magazines. Bobby has penned classic songs such as Chicken Heads, Camel Walk and A Woman Named Trouble. Bobby has been instrumental in starting the careers of such greats as Freddy King, Luther Allison, and Luther Guitar Jr. Johnson, all of who played in his band during the fifties. More recently, Bobby Rush has played events where the President, Vice President and members of the U.S. Congress have been in attendance. He received Best Live Performer of the Year Awards from Living Blues Magazine in 1995, 1996, and 1998. Bobby was also the recipient of the B.B. King Blues Hero Award for his charitable and community service at the Lifetime Achievement Awards in Los Angeles.
