Frank "Deville" Greenfield

Originally a native of the east coast, Frank "Deville" Greenfield was exposed to Blues, R&B, Motown and Funk at an early age. Moving into classical and jazz, he attended Westminster Conservatory of music where he studied under Robert Trent and Josef Federico. It was a time of serious wood shedding as he would practice eight hours a day adding classical chops and jazz techniques to his rapidly expanding musical vocabulary. Frank soon formed a three piece rock/funk band Kingdom of Souls which became signed to Talkingtown records, while continuing to do session work for Soundaddy.com music library, soundtracks for local TV and for Roughhouse/Columbia. Upon moving to Los Angeles, Frank, along with producer Lamar Van Sciver began writing for the production team of Walter Millsap of Conjunction entertainment and The Mosely Group. Fantasy", a track written for and executive produced by Timbaland featuring Money was released on Timbaland's multi-platinum album Shock Value. They also composed/wrote the two singles, Listen and I Need You for the Grammy nominated (best R&B gospel category) album T5:7 featuring artist Trin-i-tee 5:7. The song Listen would later be nominated Song of the year (Best urban recorded song) by the GMA/Dove awards. Frank has also written music for several TV shows and movies.Drillbit Taylor, Secret life of the American Teenager, Lincoln Heights, Knight Rider, Entourage, Our Family Wedding, The Good Wife, NBCs Community and more. Being an active studio musician, Frank has written for artists such as, Samantha Mumba, Kelly Rowland and Michele Williams of Destinys' Child, Rhianna, Usher, Beyonce, Toni Braxton, and Onyx, to name a few. Frank just finished work on music for Mindless Behavior and Leona Lewis as well as recording and preparing to tour with several new artists.
