"I have been a vintage hound for years, but have finally found a new speaker with an old soul that will blast all night and then some....

No matter if it's 300 or 3 days a year, Eminence speakers are always dynamic, reliable, and have tone for days....

I can't say enough about the folks at Eminence.. always there to help me out in a jam and keep my guitar sounding so sweet. Eminence speakers can't be beat..."

Jason was born in rural north Georgia in 1975.  His father a bluegrass picker with a pension for gospel music, his mother a lover of rock and roll.  Music played a large part in his upbringing.  He was always allowed to listen to whatever, and because of that rich musical backdrop, Jason's influences run a wide and deep musical gamut.

At the age of fourteen, however, he heard the artist that would give him his push into the world of blues and rock, Stevie Ray Vaughan.  At this point he spent his life savings (about 70 dollars), on every SRV cd he could find.  But once he had absorbed all of his heroes' albums, he decided instead of looking for modern players for inspiration, that he would go back to the people who influenced Stevie for his formal education.  Albert, Freddie, and B.B King, Albert Collins, Hubert Sumlin, Howlin' Wolf, Lonnie Mack, these would be his teachers for this monumental blues education.  By nineteen however, Jason was fronting his own band banging out the blues and rock in any bar that would book them.  Over the past six years, Jason has had the opportunity to tour nationally with his band and others.  He has recorded two records of his own material, and played on countless sessions with others.  The road seems to have no end in sight and he will keep traveling down that old black river while the blues still call.
